Before the Paint
Cozumel, Quintanaroo, Mexico – March 2006
Up to 40×53 each
No, this is not Greece – it is Mexico. This is taken from the new lighthouse at Punta Sur. It wasn’t easy finding room for my tripod in such a congested area. Any view of this colored water is well worth it. In 2009 my wife and I discovered that they painted these columns bright green. I am very happy I caught it before this design tragedy.

About Tim
We live in a fast paced society where we want everything in an instant. Instant food, instant conversations on portable phones, and instant information from fast computers – we really don’t want to wait for anything. This doesn’t work for Tim’s fine art photography. Patience is more important than any equipment in his camera bag. Countless hours of hiking and waiting for the perfect light have been put into his work. So sit down, relax, and enjoy these inspirational images that have been captured on film.

Just beautiful! I have a pic similair to this that I bought in Venice Beach, CA when I lived there in the 80′s but it was an overlook of the Sydney Opera House in the distance. Try Australia sometime for a photo shoot
