Japanese Gardens, OR – September 2006 

I am so glad I decided to visit the Japanese Gardens.  To be honest, I wasn’t impressed the first hour I was there.  It took me a while to see the beauty and the detail.  It is more important what you exclude than what you include when considering composition.  I am glad I finally discovered and captured the gardens.  The gardens are peaceful, delicate, and relaxing.  You can be assured that I will return there, until then, I will stare into this photo and get lost.
