Monument Valley, AZ
I hired a Navajo guide to take me back to photograph the Teardrop Arch. It was super windy and a bit chilly. I literally hooked on my 30lb camera bag and I had to still hold my tripod so it didn’t fall over. My guide and I spoke for a little over 2 hours. We mainly talked about the history of the Navajo and his personal history as well as the cuurent state of the Navajo nation. It was incredibly fascinating and I was pretty excited for several hours to have such an interesting conversation and such a nice image.
